If you are an immigrant, migrant, or newcomer to Canada working in massage parlours, apartments, or condos in the BC Lower Mainland, SWAN can support you.
We provide free and confidential support, including:
Outreach
Safer sex supplies and personal protective equipment like masks and gloves delivered to you.
Outreach service delivers safer sex supplies to any location that is convenient to you, within Greater Vancouver region and Abbotsford.

Netreach (1:1 Support)
Help with medical, legal, immigration, and safety questions. Interpretation & translation in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese.
Make referrals, book appointments, and/or accompany you to medical & legal appointments.
Provide translation in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese.
Answer questions about legal, immigration, health, safety, etc.
Assist you when your rights are violated by police, CBSA, or other authorities.

Who does SWAN provide support services for?
We support immigrants, migrants, newcomers who work in massage parlours, apartments, or condos in the Lower Mainland.
Where does SWAN provides support services?
SWAN provides support services in 13 municipalities across the Lower Mainland: Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Tri-Cities ( Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam), Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, North Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, and Chilliwack.
What type of services does SWAN provide?
SWAN delivers safer sex supplies (condoms, lube) and personal protective equipment (masks, hand sanitizer, alcohol wipe, gloves) to you or to a place that you feel safest. We also offer mobile STBBIs testing; SWAN provides free, confidential testing every 3 months. We can test for: Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and Syphilis. We can come to your massage parlour, apartment, condo, wherever you feel most comfortable.
SWAN also offers one-on-one support for safety, criminal justice, immigration, family law, etc. We can help you with health appointment booking, accompany you to appointments and provide translation. We also have an abuser alert that hosts information about bad date, violent incident.
We also have a community program where we offer free weekly English class and other seasonal activities and events like berry picking in the summer, pumpkin carving in the fall.
