SWAN does not collect personal information from visitors to our website unless the information is knowingly provided.

If you donate or purchase event tickets for a SWAN event, you will be asked to provide the information required to process the transaction. SWAN stores this information securely. Your information is not shared with any third-party except as described in this Statement.
We collect information about visitors who comment or fill out forms using the Akismet anti-spam service. We collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
What rights you have over your data
