Host Reminder: Groups need at least eight volunteers to attend private Condom Packing Parties. Events with fewer than eight participants are not able to pack the amount of safer sex supplies needed to distribute to women working across the Lower Mainland, and a shortage of supplies impacts Outreach Team operations and the health and safety of the women we support. If eight volunteers haven’t signed up two weeks prior to the event, SWAN Vancouver will open the party to public registration to avoid any supply shortages.

SWAN Vancouver will take photos and videos at this Condom Packing Party to promote our work and raise awareness about the issues we address. Images may appear in print materials, presentations, reports, on our website, and across social media platforms. By signing below, I agree that: My signature on this document waives my right to inspect or approve any finished product containing photographs or footage of me, including written or electronic copy. I understand that I will receive no financial compensation for SWAN’s use of photographs and/or video of me. I understand that this consent grants full proprietary ownership to SWAN Vancouver of any used photographs and/or video of me. I understand this consent shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke my consent in writing.
